A gear inspection center

OSAKA SEIMITSU KIKAI

Vigor usually uses OSAKA Seimitsu KiKai, a gear inspection center, to test the gears with high precision requirements. Able to detect the diameter of the gear, the runout value of the gear, etc., OSAKA Seimitsu KiKai can accurately test Tooth & Tooth Error and Total Composite Error.

Vigor uses OSAKA Seimitsu KiKai gear tester, to test the gears with accuracy grade. Two-tooth surface meshing testing machine is the most commonly used for small pitch or small gears.

A roundness instrument

MITUTOYO

MITUTOYO ROUNDOTEST, a roundness instrument, is equipped with a DAT device that can easily and quickly center and level. MITUTOYO ROUNDOTEST can perform automatic measurement and partial circle measurement functions. MITUTOYO ROUNDOTEST is suitable for range detection of roundness, coaxiality, concentricity, circular runout, wall thickness deviation, perpendicularity, flatness, parallelism, cylindricity, and straightness.

KEYENCE

KEYENCE image size measuring instrument is a model equipped with transmission lighting, variable lighting unit and light probe unit. After programming, “one-key measurement after placement” can be achieved to measure dimensions, while eliminating human error or deviation so that anyone can simply and quickly achieve correct measurements.

Meanwhile, Vigor is equipped with advanced machineries such as high-precision mold production devices and high-end QC equipment from Europe, US, Japan and other countries to achieve fully automatic.

E3 has a dry-cutting process and powerful dust collection system to maintain a clean working environment. The 30K high-speed spindle and Makino’s proprietary SGI.5 control technology greatly shorten the machining time and improve machining accuracy.

Five-axis CNC MX-520 is designed with automatic scalability to save manpower, improve productivity, and reduce power waste through automatic power-off.

MAKINO V33i is designed for precision molds to maintain precision even during long machining time. The machining area is designed close to the track of each axis to minimize kinetic energy loss.
